Austrian chief-cook held a training course for Kharkiv cooks Workshop session of Austrian chief-cook Ludvig Yaks was held in Kharkiv for cooks, chief-cooks, instructors of cooking classes.
 
Ludvig Yaks held new training course “Cooking of seasonal dishes and international desserts. Presentment on the international level”.
 
During the practical course the Austrian chef introduced theoretical and practical part which told the participants about latest gastronomic trends in Germany and Austria, and the most important trends in 2013. The participants acquired skills into practice in the preparation of seasonal dishes and international desserts.
 
Let us remember, that a series of professional training for employees of hotels, restaurants and tourist industry is guided by the Department of international cooperation along with the German company «GIZ» and Kharkiv training center "Diplomat Service". Trainings are held to improve the skills of employees of service sector and improve the quality of services provided to guests.
