Chief-cook from Austria held a training for Kharkiv cooks

Workshop session of Austrian chief-cook Ludvig Yaks was held in Kharkiv for cooks, chief-cooks, instructors of cooking classes.

Ludvig Yaks held a training course “European cuisine. Preparation and presentation of seasonal dishes at the international level”.

During the practical course the Austrian chef introduced theoretical and practical parts. The participants learned about latest gastronomic trends in Germany and Austria, improved culinary skills and acquired skills in cooking seasonal dishes under the guidance of professional trainer.

On the results of training all the participants obtained diplomata.

The event was carried as a part of German and Ukrainian training center in preparation of highly-qualified personnel in the area of tourism, hotel and catering business. The center was opened with the assistance of International cooperation Department of Kharkiv city council and national company “German international cooperation organization” (GIZ) which operates with the support of German Federal Republic government.
