Of course they have a lot of points in common, because it is a place where a businessman can save his or her time and get all the necessary help and permissions. But, of course, there are certain differences which allow some centers to work in more effective way. For example in a work of Kharkiv permissive center we have already seen the points we should consider obligatory at home”, a head of department of internal politics of Lviv city council Vladimir Schneider admitted.
In particular he admitted a high level of technical equipment of Kharkiv United permissive center, presence of a great amount of information, good conditions for work and rest of the employees, representatives of permissive bodies and state administrators.
«we have already been at the permissive center, in a new conference hall of Kharkiv city council, and I must say that a sphere of development and usage of high technologies is at a very high level in Kharkiv. You are outstripping Lviv, and we must accept it.
