10 thousand of applications were received by the United permissive center since the moment of its opening in Kharkiv on the 30th of May of 2011.
The deputy of the director of the Department of enterprising and consumers’ market – chief of department of enterprising and permissive procedures Tatiana Chechetova-Terashvily informed of it on the 8th of September of 2011 in the press-center of Kharkiv city council.
«It takes about 10 days to make all the documents. The main point is that the businessmen are able to plan their activity. They are able to get a professional consultation at UPC. More than a thousand people have used this servicing since the beginning of the year. All these advantages provide increasing of the level of business activity in Kharkiv», - the deputy of the director of the Department admitted.
She informed that they were expecting about 60 thousand of applications of natural and legal persons per year. To compare: there were 40 thousand applications to UPC, 25 thousand in 2009, 15 thousand in 2008. 5,5 businessmen gave their applications during three months of the center working, about 3 thousand businessmen got the documents of permissive character.
«Kharkiv is a leader in realization of reforms of permissive center which are the base of our state welfare. And the modern UPC opening in Kharkiv is a doubtless increasing of our region’s level», - the deputy of the Department added.
To remind: the United Permissive Center for inhabitants of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region works at the address: Krasnoshkolna quay, 26. The organization occupies the premises with area of 620,7 sq. m which is completely corresponding all the European standards and is provided with modern computers of the last generation and it is equipped with the newest informational and communicative technologies..
Premises of UPC are equipped with working places for 15 state administrators and 15 authorized agents of permissive bodies. Besides that all the servicing of the center are available for people with limited abilities.
