Kharkiv metro service was recognised to be the best transport in Ukraine

Kharkiv metro service became a winner of national rating contest «Best enterprises of Ukraine -2012» in a category of «Transport».

This award rates the efforts of the metro service staff in improving the quality of transport and passenger service on the country-wide level.

Note. «Best enterprises of Ukraine» is All Ukraine rating that determines leading enterprises in different categories according to the field of its activity. To form the rating first they carry out research works, work out special criteria individual for each enterprise, make preliminary classification, create the database, expert survey, analyse the media and Internet and estimate other characteristics.
