Because of downgrade of Ukraine «Moody's» agency lowered Kharkiv rating International rating agency «Moody's Investors Service» reconsidered and lowered the rating of Kharkiv to B3 level with "negative" prognosis in the global scale of local and foreign currencies.

This is due to the fact that on December, 6 the rating agency downgraded the stocks of the Government of Ukraine to the B3 level with "negative" prognosis.

According to «Moody's» agency the decrease of debt rating of the Ukrainian government directly affects the ratings of Kharkiv - including institutional, financial and macroeconomic connection. This means that in case of increase of the sovereign rating the ratings of Kharkiv may increase and prognosis will improve.
