On the 13th of July the Children ballet theatre of Kharkiv choreographic school is leaving for the road tour to China. There will be 27 performances shown in 25 Chinese cities and provinces.
A director and the founder of the school and honoured arts worker of Ukraine Natalia Rzjevskaya informed of it on the 11th of July.
The first performances within the road tour of the fairy-tale ballet “Snow-white and seven gnomes” on music by Bogdan Pavlovsky will be presented in the cities Yang-Tai and Kving-Dao which are prestigiouse sea resorts on the shore of Yellow sea/ the young artists are going to present a choreographic version of the famous fairy-tale by the Grimms brothers to Chinese public. Within the road tour scenic ballet lessons for small visitors are planned..
”All the expenses on the organization of the road tour and festival activity of the theatre were paid by the Chinese party. They are very interested in developing the program of further «teaching of Chinese children the Art of Ukrainian classical ballet school”, - the director of the school Natalia Rzjevska admitted. .
Information. The Children ballet theatre of Kharkiv choreographic school is famous for almost 30 years not in Ukraine only but in many countries of Europe, Asia, America and Africa. The artists of the theatre presented our country and Ukrainian ballet on the stages of theatres of Russia, Germany, France, Finland, Spain, Portugal, USA, Taiwan, Canaries, Japan, Egypt. The troop of the young artists of the theatre consists of the children which get the highly profiled education at Kharkiv choreography school according to the best traditions of Russian classical ballet (school of Agrippina Vaganova). Repertory of the Children ballet theatre consists of various and difficult in professional way performances with “adult” technique of dancing.
