The mayor of Kharkiv Gennady Kernes made such a direction when receiving citizens at th e”Kommunar” plant after he had considered the application of a plant worker. Let us remind that the streets in Kharkiv will be lightened longer. The external lights will be turned off at 1.00 instead of 24.00.
