Cycling mobility campaign was held in Kharkiv in support of European mobility week

The campaign «Velopoezd №09/12» in support of European mobility week was held on September, 20 in Kharkiv.

The main aim of the event is to develop the safe driving habits of the bicyclers in the city. The newcomers received the instruction of behavior on the road before the heat began. The participants took their start from the Svobody square and finished the heat in Yuriev park.

According to Sergij Popov, one of the institutors of the campaign, the driving speed of campaign participants was about 15 km/h.

He also told that alike events are held regularly in the city. The number of participants varies each time – from 20 to 60 people.
