The Days of Lviv will be in Kharkiv on 16-17 of September.
She told that the event had been initiated by Kharkiv city council in order to develop cooperation between the cities. Lviv municipality supported the initiative.
«We have experience of the events like this one. There were the Days of twin-city St. Petersburg in Kharkiv< - the deputy of the director of the department admitted. – We would lice to continue this tradition, moreover, Lviv is one of the most interesting and the most beautiful cities of our country and this city wants to cooperate. “Lviv is a city opened to the world” – this is a slogan under which the management of the city present it and cooperate with a lot of cities of Ukraine and of the world. So, the Days of Lviv have already passed in Krakov. The next days they are going to pass here, in Kharkiv».
Oksana Kovyarova added that it was a possibility for Kharkiv to make the same event “in response” in Lviv in future.
There is a presentation of tourism branch and IT-industry of Lviv in Kharkiv higher educational institutions, promo action by Lviv manufacturers, presenting the books by Lviv authors to Kharkiv schoolchildren, street performances by Lviv spiritual theatre “Voskreseniye”.
