Halloween will be celebrated in Gorky park today Central culture and leisure Gorky park will celebrate Halloween today evening.
 
Andrij Shaptala, executive director of the park informed that the scene will be held near Horror House on October, 23.
 
One who wishes may have his face covered with drawings of the holiday. The fire show will start near the Horror house at 7 p.m.

Note. Halloween is celebrated on the night of October, 31/November, 1 in English-speaking countries. Recently other countries has also started to celebrate the holiday. The holiday is usually accompanied with carnival, caroling. One of the traditional symbols is a lamp made of a pumpkin. Usually the participants of the celebration of Halloween choose the costumes of evil spirits. The background of the holiday is based on beliefs of ancient Kelts who believed that on this day the souls of dead come back to their homes looking for sacrifical nutriment.
