Great Slobozhanska trade fair sold 200 tonnes of products During the Great  Slobozhanska trade fair was sold about 200 tonnes of agricultural products and foodstuff.
 
Oleksandr Pen’skoj, the director of consumer's market development informed about it on September, 11.
 
He emphasized that this year it was 11th fair and about 370 economic operators out of all regions of Kharkiv and the region took part in it. Among them were 137 enterprises of Kharkiv, 24  economic operators from 9 regions of Ukraine, enterprises from Russia, 115 craftsman of people's art and more than 30 creative teams.
 
There were official and business delegations from neighbouring countries and beyond(Russia, Iraq, Poland, Slovenia, China and Czech Republic).
 
Each district and city introduced the producers of grocery and consumer goods, agricultural producers, enterprisers and also art and decorative exposition created according to the tradition, history and local colour of the city or a district.
 
There was organized wide trade with consumer goods, soft goods, clothes and footwear. About 15 tonnes of potatoes, 35 tonnes of vegetables, 28 tonnes of fruits, about 5 tonnes of meat and poultry, 4 tonnes of live fish and others. The food prices  were 10-20% lower. 
 
The overall cost of all the products represented on the fair was 8 million UAH. The sales volume of agricultural products and foodstuff was 200 tonnes. The sales revenue of two days of the fair was 7,2  million UAH. During the Great Slobozhanska fair were held competitions: Best dish, Best honey composition, Best round loaf of 2012, Best folk craftsman and Best folk team.
