«Credit rating» agency confirmed Kharkiv long-term ratings

Independent rating agency «Credit rating» declared the confirmation of long-term credit ratings of Kharkiv and issue of bonds of Kharkiv city council on the sum of 99,5 million UAH on the uaА rating with a positive outlook.

For the reinvention of credit ratings the agency considered experimental data of economic and financial indicators of the city for the first half of calendar year 2012.

As the Department of economy and municipal property clarified the loan-subscriber with the uaА rating is defined by high lending capacity in comparison to other Ukrainian loan-subscribers. Positive outlook indicates the possibility of advancing the rating over the year while positive tendencies and evening-out of current risks are preserved.

The level of credit ratings is supported by the factors of the increase of total budget revenue of the city on 20,8%, the improvement of social and economic development of the city, preservation of investment attractiveness and the growth of economic activity in many spheres of city economy.

Kharkiv credit rating has been maintained in uaA rating since 2004. The city is acknowledged to be active participant of the market of municipal loan and risk-free loan-subscriber with a great potential for attracting investments.
