Kharkiv took part in a forum on the implementation of eGovernment Kharkiv expert personnel took part in the international forum "eGovernment – shadeless power for residents."
 
Dmitriy Spasibov, the head of information security sector of Kharkiv City Council informed it on November, 19.
 
According to him, the international forum organized by Lviv City Council and the Project Coordinator OSCE  in Ukraine was held on November, 15-16 in Lviv. The event brought together experts and practitioners from Estonia, Georgia, Poland and Ukraine. 70 representatives from 40 cities of Ukraine and abroad took part in the forum.
 
The participants of the forum exchanged experiences on the implementation of models of e-governance and extension of transparency and accountability of government authorities. Participants also discussed best practices of Ukrainian cities, where eGovernment is implemented, and the main challenges they have to face with.
 
Dmitriy Spasibov emphasized that preliminary work of the forum will help Kharkiv to form strategic vision of how to control the process of digital imaging service and how to increase the level of implementation of eGovernment.
