Kharkiv has become the leader of the national ranking among cities whose economies have adapted best to martial law.
According to 70% of respondents, Kharkiv's economy has adapted to work in the face of a full-scale invasion.
Vinnytsia took the second place in the ranking (67%), and Lutsk took the third place (63%).
In addition, Kharkiv is among the top three cities that, according to respondents, distribute budget funds fairly. This question was answered positively by 46% of Kharkiv residents. The first place was taken by Chernihiv (59%), and the second by Chernivtsi (48%).
The poll was conducted by the Sociological Group “Rating” on behalf of the Center for Analysis and Sociological Research of the International Republican Institute in 21 regional centers not controlled by Russia. It involved 16.8 thousand urban residents aged 18 and older.
