Special tents where it is possible to watch the match and have a glass of bear will be st in the camp. The artists of Netherlands are going to visit the camping to support their fans.
The fans are going to arrive by their own cars with vans and own tents or they will arrive by plane. In this case the organizers are going to meet them and accommodate in the camping, the tents for them will be provided.
As Alexander Nechiporenko, the director of the Department on issues of preparing EURO-2012 on football informed, the territory of the camp was about 8 ha. About 5 thousand people are able to be accommodated there: about 3000 fans are going to live in the camp during the matches of EURO-2012.
“Orange camp is a life philosophy for Hollanders. They like to travel in company of their friends and pals. And they are great football fans. According to their behavior the Dutch are jolly and spry, but they are balanced at the same time, too. They are going not to scuffle but to support their team. I think there will be no problems with public order because of the Dutch fans. Besides that there will be their own policemen here, in Kharkiv. Fans from Netherlands love their country and they won’t allow any commit deeds”, Alexander Nechiporenko admitted.
He informed that the constructing of the camping would be started in April. He also said that experienced specialists who had already made 500 similar events around the world were going to deal with the camping.
After the spot examining the delegation visited “Metallist” stadium and the future fan-zone in Svobody sq.
