The international rating agency “Moody’s” today, on the 28th of November gave a long-term rating to the city of Kharkiv according to the global scale in foreign and national currency at “B2” level with a “stable” forecast.
The agency also gave the final rating to the obligations of Kharkiv city council on 99,5 million hrivnas at the level (Р) В2.
By today Kharkiv demonstrates economical development in such leading brunches as food and heavy industry, and in building. Demographic situation in the city is also stable. The positive factors influencing the rates of the city are strong enough economical position comparing to other cities, tax base stability, low rate of direct municipal debt.
A positive change of sovereign rating of Ukraine, providing of balanced budget and debt politics by the power of the city connected to a stable economical growing and reconstructing of tax incomes growing are the factors which are able to influence Kharkiv credit rating positively.
