The prime-Minister of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov visited the Center of dispatch servicing of ER of Kharkiv during his work visit to Kharkiv.
An authorized development of employees of the city clinical hospital of emergency aid named by prof. O.I. Meshchaninov was integrated into the base of the center of dispatch servicing. It was an automatic system of the ER servicing organization, managing and control based on GRRS connection.
This innovation allowed to shorten the time of ER coming to the patient from 15 to 5 minutes. The time of processing the call and transferring it to a brigade was shorten in 2-2,5 times.
As the deputy of the head of Kharkiv regional state administration Igor Shurma admitted, the call comes from the information center to the ER brigade immediately. “53 seconds pass to the brigade leaving for the address in the USA. This time in Kharkiv is up to 40 seconds”, - Igor Shurma admitted.
“Thank you for your work. I wish you all the best. We are able to be better than Americans”, – Nikolay Azarov wrote in the center book of recalls.
As the first deputy of the minister of health care Raisa Moiseyenko informed, experience of Kharkiv would be provided in other regions of Ukraine/
By now the system has been provided in districts of Kharkiv region and in Lugansk.
