«Forbes» magazine: Kharkiv came into the trine of the best cities for business in Ukraine

«Forbes» magazine defined the rate of the best cities for business in Ukraine. Kharkov took the second place, Odessa is on the first place, Lviv is on the third one.

Kiev was not included into the research to avoid jaundice of estimating, as attraction of the regions was defined by both foreign and capital investors.
The experts notice that an important advantage of the second in population city of Ukraine is a developed infrastructure and qualified labor force. Kharkiv also leads in the area of single tax collection.
The cities of Ukraine were estimated according to their attractiveness to companies which work in В2С segment (Business-to-Consumer – relationship between an organization and a private, so-called final consumer) There have been analyzed 15 social and economical rates of regional centers with population of more than 200 thousand people. The purchasing power, investment climate, economical stability, infrastructure and comfort ability of the regions have been considered.

There are city executive committees, State Statistics Committee, the Ministry of Internal Affaires, RA “Credit-Rating” and others among the sources of information.
