About $ 200 million dollars of foreign funds were injected into economy of Kharkiv

About $ 200 million dollars of foreign funds were injected into economy  of Kharkiv During 9 months of 2012 foreign investors deposited 196 million dollars of direct investments in economy of Kharkiv.
 
Tatiana Chechetova-Terashvili, the Head of Business and licensing procedures, informed about it in the press center of Kharkiv city council. The total amount is 7 times more than the same period of last year.
 
According to Tatiana Chechetova-Terashvili, the total amount of invested funds into the economy of the city is 1,746 million dollars and it makes 1225,4 dollars for 1 citizen of Kharkiv. 1,506 million dollars (86,3% of stock capital) were invested from the countries of European Union, 39,3 million dollars(2,3%) – from CIS countries and 200 million dollars (11,4%) from other countries. Totally investments came from 63 countries. The main investor countries are: France - $ 830 million, Cyprus - $ 402 million, United Kingdom - $ 182 million, Belize - $ 65 million, Russia - $ 38 million, the U.S. - $ 32 million. 
 
Among the largest foreign investors in Kharkiv are "Nestle SA" company, "Philip Morris Ukraine», «Sun Inbev Ukraine", "Wimm-Bill-Dann", "McDonalds", "Henkel", etc.
