A local material reserve has been made in Kharkiv

A local material reserve has been created in Kharkiv.

This decision was made today, on the 8th of February, at the meeting of the executive committee of Kharkiv city council. The reserve will be used at emergency situations, their aftermaths, conducting emergency renovating works and creating temporary spots for living and feeding of those kharkovites who suffered the named situations.
The most predict situations in the city are heavy rains, snowfalls, icing, hurricanes, high water in some areas, breaking of old houses, fires. According to the special features of the named emergencies the list of resources acquired will be formed. 1,286 million UAH are supposed to be given for this purpose.
