Today, on February 11, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov met with the Head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Recovery and Development Mustafa Naiem.
The parties discussed the interaction between the City and state authorities to restore Kharkiv’s infrastructure damaged as a result of russian aggression. Mr Terekhov said that the most damaged objects were housing, social, and critical infrastructure. For example, 50 medical facilities and 106 kindergartens need to be restored.
Mustafa Naiem, in his turn, noted that the Agency is ready to take over the implementation of several priority projects for the City right now. According to him, to do this, it is necessary to select three projects in each direction and provide design and estimate documentation. After that, documentation for the next projects will be developed in parallel with the implementation of these projects.
Ihor Terekhov emphasized that he would do everything possible to ensure that the implementation of these projects began as soon as possible.
