Flower-laying ceremony was held today, June, 27 just before the 16th anniversary of Constitution Day.
The ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mykhailo Dobkin, Kharkiv City Council Secretary Alexander Novak, chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council Sergey Chernov, people’s deputy Irina Berezhnaya, as well as the heads of departments and offices of the city council, utility companies, members of city and regional councils.
