The official ceremony took place in the Palace of Students of the National Law University named by Yaroslav Mudry on the 13 of May.
A list of winners was announced during the ceremony; their authors received the festival prizes – stylized branches of lilac.
Vice-prime minister of Ukraine Raisa Bogatyreva became an honored guest of the festival.
Participants from France, Poland, Lithuania, Germany became laureates of the Festival. The film “Glasgow” by a Polish director Peter Subbotko got the Grand Prize.
The film “Enmesh” by the Russian director Aynur Askaev got a special prize of Milen Demongeou.
