More than 100 thousand of schoolchildren set at their desks in Kharkiv

On the 1st of September celebrations devoted to the Day of Knowledge are passing in 205 schools of the city.

100, 3 thousand schoolchildren set at their desks this year. 10,75 of them are pupils of the first form and 7,4 thousand of the pupils of the 11th form.
The number of kids in the schools of the city was not decreased during last 10 years and the number of the first form pupils is increasing during last three years.
Each pupil of the first form received the diary as a present of the mayor of Kharkiv Gennadiy Kernes. The diary will help them to learn more about the sights of the city and famous khirkovites.
All the orphans and children without parents care were provided with school uniform and school tools.
