The exhibition of art works “The world I want to see” will be opened in Kharkiv regional center of culture and arts at 12.00 on the 26th of January.
The exposition will work within the international innovating project “Kids’ Republic” (the world children and youth parliament) the aim of which is uniting children and youth of different countries to cooperate and to help discovering and developing their creative abilities.
The works of children and young people with special needs of the Center of Social Rehabilitation for children with special needs “Promin”, Kharkiv regional special boarding school for children with special needs named by V.G. Korolenko, Kharkiv regional special secondary teaching complex for children with hearing disfunction, Kharkiv foster home “Simya”, Kharkiv city center of young invalids and their families rehabilitation “Right to Choose” will be presented at the exhibition.
There will be more than 140 pictures and art works. There are pictures made by kids who cannot see according to the Bryle method in the exposition.
The event is organized by the regional center of culture and arts and a Charity Fund “Artworld” in cooperation with the Department of labor and social politics of Kharkiv city council within the city social project “The United Social Network”, in partnership with the Institute of Innovating Technologies of the Ministry of education and science, youth and sports of Ukraine.
The participants of “Maidans” preject – children of the theater of plastic drama of the regional palace of children and youth arts and guitar player Yustas Lavrusenko.
The exhibition will work to the 9th of February. Address of the exposition: Pushkinska str. 62, an exhibition hall of the second floor. It works from 10.00 to 17.30 (Monday-Saturday).
