The monument to Independence in Constitution square will have been opened by the Anniversary of Ukrainian Independence – the 24th of August.
Gennady Kernes informed of it during his online conference on the 23rd of February. He reminded that the municipal power is going to remove the old monument from Rose Luxemburg square and reconstruct the square itself.
