“The Financial Times” have named Kharkiv the best city in economical effectiveness Kharkiv has topped Top-10 of the large cities in the nomination “The largest business effectiveness” according to “The Financial Times” newspaper version.

As the newspaper informed Kharkiv has occupied the first position in the nomination “The largest business effectiveness” according to “The Financial Times” research “European Cities & Regions of the Future 2012/13”.
 
It is worth admitting that Kharkiv rowed down Dnepropetrovsk, Tbilisi (Georgia), Nizhny Novgorod (Russia), Kazan (Russia), Rostov-Na-Donu (Russia), Belgrade (Serbia), Samara (Russia), Minsk (Belarus), Sofia (Bulgaria).
Results of “European Cities & Regions of the Future” conquest are issued according to the independent data collection on “fDi Benchmark" among 253 European cities and 110 European regions.
 
The nominations are divided on six categories: economical potential, life quality, infrastructure and business. The seventh category – fDi promotion strategy – have been added to the scoring.
 
Kharkiv municipality has also received the “fDi Intelligence” invatation to the award ceremony, which will occur on the 7th of March 2012 in Cannes (France). More than 30 thousand representatives of business and power all over the world are coming there.
