Those who would like to register as a single tax payers must give their application and income declaration for last year to the tax inspection.
The deputy of the mayor on the issues of judicial support Marina Stamatina informed of that on the 16th of January.
“According to the valid legislation you need two documents only to be transferred on a single tax. They are: an application according to the appropriate form an last year income declaration. No other documents are required”, - Mrs. Stamatina appointed.
She also admitted that there was no need to obtain an issue of the code of economical activity if an entrepreneur had not change the area of his/her activity.
Gleb Milyutin, a chief of department of tax on income of physical persons of State Tax Administration in Kharkiv region confirmed this information and recommended to ask a tax inspector about the code of economical activity in a case when a businessmen did not know it.
He also noticed that the certificates of a payer registration had no terms of validation for then. It would allow to avoid a date of registration renovation procedure for those who had forgotten the one.
“All the tax inspectors have a regulation to give information about this date immediately. Information of this kind is not secret, it is in data bases. You do not need any renovation of any documents, no additional issues – two documents only”, - Gleb Malutin admitted. He also noticed that those who have not managed to give their documents by the 25th of January would be pay their taxes according to the general tax system till the 1st of April of 2012.
