The Unified Licensing center of European level was opened in Kharkiv
The Unified Licensing center was opened in Kharkiv on the 30th of May in Kharkiv at Krasnoshkolnaya esplanade, 26.
The mayor of Kharkiv Gennadiy Kernes, the head of Kharkiv regional state administration Mikhail Dobkin, the head of Kharkiv region council Sergey Chernov, the Consul General of Russia in Kharkiv Vsevolod Phillipp, the Consul General of Poland in Kharkiv Yan Granat, a director of the Department of licensing system of the State Committee of Ukraine the questions of regulatory politics and enterprising Alexander Andreyev took part in the ceremony of the official opening of the center.
”Thank to cooperative work of all the branches of power – the city, the regional and the central – only today we are opening the Unified Licensing center. We are going to improve our work with businessmen purposefully, to exclude corruption of the process of getting the permission for business activity. Also we are going to give the businessmen back their trust to the matter that it is possible to run business in Kharkiv in a decent way and to protect their interests decently. It is very important nowadays” – the mayor of Kharkiv Gennadiy Kernes said at the ceremony of opening of the Unified Licensing center.
The Unified Licensing center is the only center in Ukraine which is equipped at such a high level. There is a system of digital document circulation and digital line, monitoring of engrossment of the state registrators is provided, video monitoring is active. It will be possible to watch in Internet on the sight of the center the movement of businessman’s application up the chain.
Representatives of 27 licensing bodies – 17 regional and 10 local bodies – and 15 state administrators are going to provide servicing for businessmen.
