Kharkiv and Kharkiv region reached the second in Ukraine place on the number of permissive documents issued.
The first place was occupied by AR of Crimea with 26 packages of permissive documents for the last year.
By the 1st of January of 2012 about 54 thousand of entrepreneurs had applied to Kharkiv United Licensing Center. 21 thousand of them applied for permissive documents, more than 20 thousands applied for consultations.
As Tatiana Chechetova-Terashvily, the chief of subdepartment of enterprising and licensing procedures of the Department of enterprising and consumer market of the city council informed, the number of applications increased on 32% comparing to 2010 and on 47 % comparing to 2009.
As Tatiana Chechetova-Terashvily informed, maximum number of applications to Kharkiv United Licensing Center per day was 500, the average number per day was about 250.
