The mayor of Kharkiv Gennadiy Kernes and a Chairman of the State Agency on Investments and Managing national projects of Ukraine Vladislav Kaskiv signed Letter of Intents according to the building of complex of urban ore recycling in Kharkov.
This is the first step to building of the urban ore recycling plant in Kharkov.
According to the document the building of urban ore recycling plant will be provided within the preparation and realization of the national project “Clean City” in Kharkov. The project is a part of a prior direction of social and economical development “New Quality of Life” which was forecasted by decree of President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych “About arrangements on defining and realization of project on prior directions of social and economical and cultural development”.
According to the Letter the State Agency on Investments and Managing national projects provides preparing of scientific and technical and pre-drafting documents, forming of profitable investing area during the project realization.
On the part of Kharkov city council the council is going to develop the scheme of sanitary cleaning of Kharkov and program of urban ore treatment on 2011-2015.
the project is supposed to be realized in 2011-2015.
